A colorful rally, discussion meeting, tree planting and clean-up program were held on the campus of Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET) in Kadirabad Cantonment area of Natore to mark ‘World Environment Day-2022’ on Sunday.
Vice Chancellor of the University Brigadier General Md. Mostafa Kamal was chief guest and Prof. Dr. Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan, Department of Geology and Minerals of the Rajshahi University was present a as special guest at the discussion meeting. Among others, University Registrar Lt. Colonel (Retd.) Sheikh Shamim Hossain, Deans of various faculties, Heads of Departments, Proctors, Student Welfare Advisors, faculty, officers and students were present there. At the end of the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Brigadier General Md. Mostafa Kamal, handed over the crest to the special guest Professor. Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan and thanked everyone.
