Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET) has arranged a ‘Tree Plantation Programme 2016 at its Permanent Campus in Qadirabad Cantonment recently.
Brig Gen AHM Shahidullah, psc (Retd) inaugurated the Tree Plantation Programme by planting a gulmohor plant as the chief guest.
Among others, Lt Col GM Azizur Rahman (Retd), afwc, psc Treasurer, Md. Kamruzzaman Registrar, Major Zulfikar Haider (LPR) Deputy Registrar (Admin), Dr Mirza AFM Rashidul Hasan, Associate Professor and Head Dept of CSE, Md. Akramul Alim, Assistant Professor and Head (In charge) Dept of EEE, teachers and Officers were present in the programme.
Vice Chancellor of the university took the initiative to make the tree plantation programme of the present government a success.
