A 51-member full-fledged committee of the Board Affiliated Society for Medical Technology Institution (BASMTI) was formed recently in the city. The committee declared the name of Prof Dr MA Based and Sohrab Hossain unanimously as its President and General Secretary respectively.
This is the organisation of four hundred medical technology institutions under Bangladesh Technical Education Board .
The committee has been playing pioneering role for the development of the country’s technical education, said a press release.
