UNB, Dhaka :
India has agreed to share information with Bangladesh about the recent bomb blast at Bardhaman in West Bengal as Indian media pointed fingers at ‘Bangladeshi militants’ for the explosion.
Indian official spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin has confirmed that Bangladesh sought information from India regarding the matter, Indian High Commission
in Dhaka informed here on Saturday.
“I can confirm you that the Bangladesh government has requested our assistance in this matter. We’ve received that communication from the Bangladesh government,” Akbaruddin said.
He said, they have requested their agencies concerned to tabulate information and collate that so that they can share appropriately with friends in Bangladesh.
Earlier, Dhaka asked New Delhi to share more information on the recent bomb blast.
