Bangladesh Bar Council yesterday took punitive actions against three of its members for professional misconducts.
Of the three, advocate Abul Hasnat, a member of Dhaka Bar Council, has been banned from
practicing for life. Advocates Shahjalal Chowdhury and Tobaraka Hossain have been banned for three years.
Tribunal-1 of the Bar Council took the decisions yesterday as it found evidences of gross professional misconducts against the three advocates.
