Both Bappa Mazumder and Dilshad Nahar Kona are the National Film Award winning popular singers. They have huge acceptability among the music-lovers of the country. Both of them have won the hearts of many music-lovers by their rendition. April 15 is the
birthday of Kona. On this occasion, Kona’s new song is going to release under the music composition by Bappa. Title of the song is Mon Bhalo. Shahan Kobondho wrote lyrics
of the song. Chandan Roy Chowdhury has made music video of the song, which has been made for the album titled Beautiful
Voices Season-1. On Kona’s birthday,
Kona’s new song will be released on
Bappa’s self-titled YouTube channel.
While talking about the song, Bappa said, “Kona renders song well. She has rendered this song so well that there is nothing to say about her rendition. Kona rendered the song really outstanding and Shahan Kobondho wrote its lyrics nicely. Everybody, who are related with the album titled Beautiful Voices Season-1, they co-operated me a lot. Everybody did their jobs successfully. In fact, we took time to release Kona’s song because we wanted to gift the song on her birthday.”
Kona shared her feelings by this way, “It is true that I was brought up in front of Bappada. Hearing Dada’s songs give me comfort and he is a nice person. I hope listeners will also get such comfort to hear my new song. When Dada sent me the song I was really feared because this song is not like that which I basically sing. I had intention to render the song with Dada’s co-operation. I believe everybody will enjoy the song. I am grateful to Dada to release my new song.”
In Bappa Mazumder’s composition, Kona first lent her voice for the song Chokher jole surjo prodip jwole nibhe jwole, which lyrics were written by Ferdous Hasan Rana. The song was used in lip of actress Richie in drama Dohon. Later, Bappa also composed several numbers of songs for Kona including title song of her debut solo album Jyamitik Bhalobasa.
