Entertainment Report :Noted Tagore artiste of the Subcontinent Rezwana Choudhury Bannya received the state’s highest honour, Swadhinata Padak from the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina at a programme held at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the city on Thursday. Bannya impressed after getting the honour.While sharing her feelings in this regard she told this correspondent, “When I heard the news I started to become excited. It was my one of the greatest achievements in life to get the state’s highest honour. I am glad, also feeling honoured and proud. For this honour I am grateful to the Prime Minister. In the meantime, I am also grateful to all by whom I have come into this position. Without people’s love I could not become today’s Bannya.”On the occasion of March 26, Bannya has made a music video of a patriotic song. This song will go on air on the first hour of Independence Day. Shooting of the song titled Banglar akashey shatti dhrubotara was done at Shikha Anirban of Dhaka Cantonment on Monday. Mahbub Ahmed wrote lyrics of the song, which music was composed by Golam Sarwar.
