Directorate of Environment (DOE) in Chittagong recovered 600 kilogram of banned polythene after conducting a raid at a polythene shop in city’s Reazuddin Bazar area on Monday noon.
None of the owners or employees was present during the drive.
On receiving information that the owner of Rasel store has been marketing prohibited products secretly in the city for the last 10 months.
