All the branches of scheduled banks and Financial Institutions (FIs) will remain closed on October 17 for the by-polls to Naogaon-6 and Dhaka-5 constituency, according to a circular of Bangladesh Bank (BB).
The branches of the commercial banks and FIs at Naogaon-6 and Dhaka-5 will remain closed to enable bank officials and employees to cast their votes in the by-election.
