Mian Quamrul Hasan Chowdhury has joined as the new Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Bank Asia. Prior to joining in Bank Asia, he was Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) in the United Commercial Bank Ltd.
He has completed his Bachelor (Hons) and Masters in English from the University of Dhaka and started banking career with Bangladesh Bank as an Assistant Director in 1993.
He received various capacity building training in home and abroad including USA, Germany, Malaysia and India for tuning professional excellence.
