Bank Asia Limited arranged a signing ceremony on Thursday for syndicated term loan facility of Tk. 7,000 million on account of Bashundhara Industrial Complex Limited as the lead arranger and agent. The signing ceremony was held at Hotel Le Méridien in the city. Sayem Sobhan, Managing Director of Bashundhara Group and Md. Arfan Ali, President and Managing Director of Bank Asia Limited along with chief executive officers from the participating lenders signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Among others, high officials of Bashundhara Group and senior executives of the participating lenders were also present on the occasion. Banks which have participated in this syndicated deal are Bank Asia Limited, Dhaka Bank Limited, First Security Islami Bank Limited, Pubali Bank Limited, Social Islami Bank Limited and United Commercial Bank Limited, said a press release.
