Mobile phone operator Banglalink and ZTE have built world’s largest virtual Subscriber Data Management (vSDM) platform which would benefit over 35 million Bangladeshi users.
vSDM will help to manage Banglalink’s customer data more efficiently and increase service availability, said a press release.
Chief Digital Officer at Banglalink Sanjay Vaghasia said Banglalink has been working relentlessly to increase internet penetration in order to create a truly digitally inclusive society.
“Our partnership with ZTE will enable us to embrace not only the digital agenda but with virtualization at an incredible pace, help us escalate faster, and increase our reach to our end customers whilst maintaining the highest standards of security,” he added.
