Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) picked up a Bangladeshi young man from Ghagra border point in Sadar upazila on Monday.
The victim was identified as Raihan,21, son of Abdur Rahim, a resident of Nardebpara village of the same upazila.
Quoting locals, BGB said when Raihan along with other cattle traders entered the Indian territory through Ghagra border to bring cattle from India, BSF troops of Berubari camp
picked him up in the morning.
Confirming the incident, commanding officer of Panchagarh BGB Battalion-18 Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Ariful Haque said they sent a letter to BSF protesting the incident.
