Bangladesh High Commission received Best Foreign Participant Award at Kaduna International Trade Fair in Abuja, Nigeria.
The Bangladesh mission for the first time participated in the fair from March 29 to April 07 organized by Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture in Abuja, a press release said on Tuesday.
In line with the present Government’s thrust on ‘economic diplomacy’, Bangladesh Mission set up a large stall with its own collection of exportable items.
Pharmaceuticals, ceramics, jute and leather products, RMG & knitwear, tea, jute leaf tea, electrical appliances, light engineering, plastic & melamine products, spice & curry powder, pickle, food items, snacks, pearl items, sari (maslin, silk), nakshi kantha, handicrafts, among others, were on display which drew huge crowd each day.
