Bangladesh will continue to meet its export demands “at any cost” even as the BNP-led alliance persists with its violent blockade, Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed says.
“We won’t allow anything to harm exports,” he told Parliament on Tuesday.

“We’ll certainly meet our $ 27 billion export target,” Tofail said, replying to a question.
“Export has been hit and transport cost has risen but the supply is continued,” he said. “We’ve kept the supply chain uninterrupted.”
