The minister said this on Wednesday while speaking as chief guest at the concluding ceremony of Bangladesh Television at its Rampura campus.

Special guest on the occasion, Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu, MP, said that BTV had to struggle a lot to attain its current position. “Nevertheless,” he said “it was alive and kicking on its Golden Jubilee Year, which also marks 50 years of Bengali television.”
