Bangladesh U-20 Football team off to Bahrain

Bangladesh Under-20 Football team left the city to Bahrain to take part in the Asian Cup Under-20 Qualifiers, which is scheduled to be held in Bahrain.
A total of 44 teams splitting into 10 groups are taking part in the Asian Cup Under-20 Qualifiers. Top ten teams from each group, five best runners-up and hosts Uzbekistan will play in the final round. The final round will be held in Uzbekistan.
Bangladesh, Qatar, Bahrain, Nepal and Bhutan are in Group-B.
Bangladesh will take on Bahrain on September 10, the Red-and-Green outfit will face Bhutan on September 12, Bangladesh will play against Qatar on September 16 and Bangladesh will meet Nepal on September 18.
Bangladesh Under-20 Football team became runners-up in the recently concluded SAFF Under-20 Championship.
Head Coach of Bangladesh Under-20 Football team Rashed Ahmed Pappu said, ” We want to bring a good result in the upcoming Qualifiers. We want to play in the final round.
Captain of Bangladesh Under-20 Football team Tanvir Hossain said, ” We should present a better brand of football in the forthcoming Qualifiers.”
