Bangladesh U-19 Football team left the capital for Nepal Tuesday morning to participate in the six-nation South Asian Federation Football (SAFF) Under-19 Championship to be held in Kathmandu on August 20-29 with hopes to clinch the title.
Twenty seven out of 29-member Bangladesh delegation, comprising 23 booters and four officials, left here for Kathmandu.
The remaining two team officials of Bangladesh Under-19 team–Team Doctor Mohammad Atiquzzaman and Media Officer Shahidul Islam-will fly for Nepal on Thursday (Aug 20), the opening day of the tournament.
