Bangladesh Under-14 Girls’ Football will play IR Iran in the second semifinal of the AFC U-14 Girls’ Regional Championship today (Friday) at the Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The match will kick off at 4 pm Nepal Time.
Group A champions hosts Nepal will play the first semifinal against Group B runners-up India, also on Friday at 1 pm at the same venue.
Bangladesh smartly reached the semifinal of the AFC meet as unbeaten Group B champions crushing Bhutan 16-0 goals in the 2nd group match on Wednesday after playing 1-1 draw with India, who outplayed Bhutan 12-0.
All the players of Bangladesh team are physical & mentally fit to give a tough fight with IR Iran team, except defender Sheuly Azim, who was suffering from muscle pain, but she may play the match, according a message received here by BFF from Kathmandu.

Ahead of the Friday’s semifinal, Bangladesh captain Krishna Rani Sarker said they will give tough fight (against Iran) and will play their best to make a final berth.
