Hosts Bangladesh will start their Group C campaign of the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship 2017 Qualifiers taking on Islamic Republic of Iran in one of the three opening day fixtures on August 27 at 6 pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
In the other opening day’ fixture, Chinese Taipei will play with Kyrgyzstan at 11 am while United Arab Emirates (UAE) will meet Singapore at 3 pm at the same venue.
Earlier, Bangladesh was placed in Group C of the AFC Junior Women’s meet along with Islamic Republic of Iran, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Chinese Taipei and Kyrgyzstan.
