Bangladesh will play in the Asian Cup qualifiers 2023 in China. Though Bangladesh finished fifth in their group but they earned the third place from those teams which finished fifth in their respective groups. A total of 24 teams will play in the Asian Cup qualifiers. Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kuwait, Philippines, Jordan, Bahrain, Palestine, India, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Turkmenistan, Maldives, Nepal, Hong Kong, Singapore, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Yemen will play in the Asian Cup qualifiers. Two teams will join the Asian Cup qualifiers after playing play-off phase. Indonesia, Cambodia, Chinese Taipei and Guam will take part in the play-off phase. Of them, two teams will get tickets of the Asian Cup qualifiers 2023 in China.
