Bangladesh National Hockey team will play Chinese Taipei in their 2nd Group A match of the eight-nation 5th Men’s Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) Cup Tournament today (Monday) at the King’s Park Hockey ground in Hong Kong.
The match will kick-off at 4 pm (Bangladesh time).
Two times champions Bangladesh, which madea good start in the Asian Hockey meet beating hosts Hong Kong by 4-2 goals on Saturday, will play their remaining group engagement on Wednesday (Nov 23), at the same time and same venue..
Penalty corner expert Mamunur Rahman Chayan and captain Rasel Mahmud Jimi, scored two goals each for Bangladesh, which dominated the first half by 3-1 goals.
Earlier, Bangladesh have been placed in Group-A with Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong and Macau while Group-B team consists of Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Uzbekistan.
