Bangladesh to face Pakistan in U-15 Women’s SAFF opener today

Bangladesh U-15 women’s football team will start their SAFF U-15 Championship campaign as they face Pakistan U-15 girls team in one of the opening day’s matches scheduled to be held today (Thursday) at Changlimithan Football Stadium in Bhutan.
The match kicks off at 7 pm following the day’s opening match between India and Sri Lanka at 4 pm at the same venue.
Bangladesh, which have been drawn in Group B along with Nepal and Pakistan, will play their second and final group match against Nepal on August 13 at the same venue.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-final scheduled to be held on August 16 while the final and is slated on August 18.
Earlier, on Monday, Bangladesh team reached Bhutanese capital of Thimphu to play in the SAFF U15 Women’s Championship.
