Bangladesh National Cricket will take on New Zealand National Cricket team in their second match of the Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament at Dublin in Ireland today. The match starts at 3.45 pm. Maasranga Television, a private satellite channel will telecast the match live.
Before today’s encounter, Bangladesh team and New Zealand team faced 28 times each other. Of them, New Zealand registered 20 victories, while Bangladesh won on the eight occasions.
In the first match of the Tri-Nation Cricket Tournament, Bangladesh faced hosts Ireland on May 12. The rain washed out the match after Bangladesh had batted 31 overs. Bangladesh played 31.1 overs before the match was abandoned. Bangladesh scored 157 for the loss of four wickets. Then the Match Referee called off the match. Later, Bangladesh and Ireland got two points each.
Meanwhile, New Zealand defeated Ireland by 51 runs at the same venue on May 14. Thus New Zealand claimed four points playing one match.
