Bangladesh will take on Sri Lanka in their last first phase match of the Tri-Nation Football Tournament at Racecourse Ground in Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka today. The match will kick-off at 9.30pm (Bangladesh Standard Time).
Bangladesh led the points table collecting four points from two matches.
On the other hand Sri Lanka took the bottom position gaining one point from two matches. Bangladesh need just a draw to reach the final of the football competition.
Meanwhile, Maldives will face Seychelles in the day’s first match at the same venue. The match starts at 4.30pm. Seychelles need just a draw to enter the final.
Bangladesh made a 1-1 draw with Seychelles in their first match on November 10.
Bangladesh defeated Maldives by 2-1 goals in their second match on November 13.
Seychelles beat Sri Lanka by a solitary goal in their second match on November 13.
Maldives settled for a 4-4 goals draw with Sri Lanka in their opening match on November 9.
Top two teams will play in the final. The final will take place at the same venue on November 19.
