Members of Bangladesh preliminary squad reached in Kandy, Sri Lanka on Monday. Bangladesh Cricket team will play two Test matches against Sri Lanka.. The first Test match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will be held from April 21 to April 25 at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy, while the second Test match between the hosts and the tourists will take place at the same venue from April 29 to May 3.
The members of the Bangladesh preliminary squad took place in their hotel in Kandy.
Bangladesh Cricket team did not take part in the practice session in Kandy on Monday. They will participate in the training in Kandy today.
Bangladesh preliminary squad reached Colombo, the capital city of Sri Lanka on April 12. After that they took a three-day quarantine at the Young Beach Hotel in Negombo.
Then they participated in their practice session at Negombo for two days.
Bangladesh preliminary squad took part in an intra-squad practice match at Katunayake on April 17 and April 18. After finishing their two-day warm-up match, Bangladesh preliminary squad left Katunayake for Kandy on Monday.
They will take part in a practice session today before competing the first Test against the Islanders.
Bangladesh did not play any Test match in Kandy. Bangladesh played ODI and T20I matches against Sri Lanka here.
