AFC U-16 Championship: Bangladesh play UAE today

Bangladesh Under-16 Boys Team will start their campaign in the qualifying round of the AFC U-16 Championship taking on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the Grand Hamed Stadium in Doha, Qatar today (Wednesday).
The match will kick off at 7:45pm Bangladesh time.
Bangladesh team, which reached Qatar on Monday, made their 2nd practice session there on Tuesday. All players of the team are physically sound and there is no injury problem.
Prior to the opening match against the UAE, Head Coach of Bangladesh team Mostafa Anower Parvez on Tuesday said, “Everybody of our team is physically and mentally OK. The present weather in Qatar is hotter and our boys are trying their best to adjust with the local weather.”
“Tomorrow (Wednesday), we’ll play our first match against the UAE. We have some ideas about the UAE team and our boys are ready to give the best for making a good result,” Bangladesh coach added.
Bangladesh captain Yaseer Arafat said, “Our team is ready to fight with the UAE as per the instructions and strategy of our coach. We’re ready to give our cent percent in the match to achieve a good result for Bangladesh.”
In the remaining Group-E qualifying round matches, Bangladesh will play Yemen on Friday (Sept 22) and Qatar on Sunday (Sept 24).
