Bangladesh National Cricket team leaves for Lanka today

Bangladesh National Cricket team (Test) will leave the city for Sri Lanka today to play the upcoming two-Test series against Sri Lanka National Cricket team (Test). Later, the other players of Bangladesh who will take part in the three-match ODI series and two-match Twenty20 International (T20 I) series against their counterpart Sri Lanka will join Bangladesh squad.
Bangladesh will play against Sri Lanka in the first Test match at Galle from March 7 to March 11.
Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka in the second Test match at Colombo from March 15 to March 19.
Bangladesh will meet Sri Lanka in the first ODI at Dambulla on March 25, take on Sri Lanka in the second ODI at Dambulla on March 28, face Sri Lanka in the third ODI at Colombo on April 1.
Bangladesh will take on Sri Lanka in the first T20 I at Colombo on April 4, face Sri Lanka in the second T20 I at Colombo on April 6.
Meanwhile, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced on February 21 the 14-member Test squad, which will play two Test matches against Sri Lanka.
The cricketers, who have been selected, are: Mushfiqur Rahim (Captain), Tamim Iqbal (Vice Captain), Soumya Sarker, Mominul Haque, Mamhudullah Riyad, Shakib Al Hasan, Sabbir Rahman, Mehedi Hasan, Taijul Islam, Kamrul Islam Rabbi, Taskin Ahmed, Rubel Hossain, Mustafizur Rahman, Litton Kumer Das, Shubhashis Roy and Mosaddek Hossain.
