Bangladesh Hockey team lost to Indian Hockey team by 3-1 goals in the last match of the three-match test series at the BKSP Ground in Savar on Saturday.
India led the first half 1-0.
Yuvraj Walmiki of India put his team ahead in the 6th minute of the play.
After the lemon-break Gurjinder Singh doubled the margin in the 38th minute of the match.
Pushkor Khisa Mimo of Bangladesh reduced the margin in the 56th minute of the game.
After one minute Bikram Kumar of India sealed the fate of the match (3-1).
Goalkeeper Ashim Gope of Bangladesh was adjudged the Man of the Match.
Director General of BKSP Brigadier General Emadul Haque distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest. Vice-President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) Abdus Sadeque, General Secretary of BHF Khaja Rahmatullah and the other officials of BHF were present at the time.
