Bangladesh, Italy sign MoU to boost business

Bangladesh and Italy has singed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday with a view to enhancing bilateral trade and business for boosting both countries’ economy.
In this regard, Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) and Millan Chamber of Commerce, Italy has singed an agreement. EPB Vice- Chairman Shubhashish Bose and
Federico Maria BEGA, Project Manager of Chamber of Commerce of Palermo, Italy has singed the agreement on behalf of their country while participating EXPO Milano 2015 in Italy.
A Bangladeshi delegation, led by Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, joined the Bangladesh National Day Celebration with cultural performances at EXPO Milano 2015 in Italy.
The Commerce Minister expressed his gratitude to the Italian government and the organiser of Expo Milano 2015 for giving Bangladesh an opportunity to present the culture, music, dance and food to the rest of the world.
Tofail urged the Italian investors to invest in Bangladesh because already the country has already proved world’s best investment destination. The government is providing its all assistance to the foreign investors, said Tofail.
