A 26-member Bangladesh football team left here for the Chinese city of Kunming on Wednesday afternoon to participate in the Yunnan Asean International Football Tournament to be held on November 20-30 at Mangshi City and Ruili City of Dehong, under Yunnan Province
Medio Mamunul Islam Mamun will lead Bangladesh team which comprises 20 footballers and six-officials.
The grouping and fixture of the tournament will be finalised on Thursday (Nov 19) through a ceremonial draw.
The participating teams are: China Sondy Football Club, Puer Marriott Football Club; Thailand SCG Muang Thong United Football Team; Hantharwady United FC of Myanmar, Cambodian Football Team, Sabah Football Association Kota Kinabalu Sabah of Malaysia, Laos Golden Triangle Special Zone Football team; Vietnam (Hanoi T&T Football Club of Vietnam , Bangladesh National Football Team and another team from Sri Lanka .
Bangladesh team : Rasel Mahmud, Sahidul Alam, Rayhan Hasan, Mohammed Shakawat Hossain Rony, Nasirul Islam Nasir, Yeasin Khan, Hemonta Vinsent Biswas, Jamal Bhuyan, Mamunul Islam Mamun (captain), Mohammad Toklis Ahmed, Abdul Baten Mojumder Komal, Shahedul Alam Shahed, Aminur Rahman Sojib, Waly Faisal, Kasto Kumer Bosh, Ashraful Isam Rana, Masuk Miah Zoni, Mohammad Nabib Newaz Ziban, Topu Barman and Monaem Khan Raju.
Officials: Amirul Islam Babu (team manager), Fabio Lopez (head coach), Coatantino Zuccarini (assistant coach), Angelo Pavia (fitness coach), SM Faysal (media officer) and Md Mohsin (team attendent).
