High flying Bangladesh U-16 women’s football team face their Vietnamese counterpart in their fourth and final group F match of the AFC U-16 Women’s Championship Qualifiers scheduled to be held today (Sunday).
The match kicks off at 3.30 pm following the day’s other group match between Bahrain and UAE that begins at 11.30 am. Both the matches will be played at Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in city’s Kamalapur area.
Earlier, Bangladesh got off to a winning start in the tournament as they dumped Bahrain by 10-0 goals in their group opening match and blanked Lebanon by 8-0 goals in their second group match. The host continued their winning streak as they dumped United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 7-0 goals in their group match.
