Bangladesh Under-19 National Women’s Football team will face United Arab Emirates (UAE) Under-19 National Women’s Football team in the opening match of the Bangamata Under-19 Women’s International Gold Cup Football at the Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS) on April 22. The match will kick-off at 6.00 pm. All the matches will be held at the BNS.
A total of six teams splitting into two groups will take part in the prestigious football tournament for women.
Mongolia, Tajikistan, Laos have been billed in Group-A, while Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan have been placed in Group-B.
Bangladesh will take on Kyrgyzstan in their second Group-B match on April 26.
The champions of the Group-A will face the runners-up of the Group-B in the first semi-final on April 29, while the champions of the Group-B will take on the runners-up of the Group-A in the second semi-final on April 30.
The winners of the two semi-finals will face each other in the final on May 3.
The winning team of the final will be the champions of the gala football meet.
