Spirited Bangladesh Cricket team defeated New Zealand Cricket team by four runs in their second Twenty20 International (T20I) match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s Mirpur on Friday.
Bangladesh have now 2-0 lead in the five-match T20I series.
Earlier, Bangladesh made an auspicious start crushing the Kiwis by seven wickets in their first T20I match at the same venue on Wednesday.
Bangladesh will take on the Black Caps in the third T20I at the same venue tomorrow. If Bangladesh win the tomorrow’s game, Bangladesh will clinch the T20I series with two matches in hand.
