Bangladesh Cricket team returns home

After bagging some shameful defeats to West Indies, Bangladesh National Cricket team led by Mushfiqur Rahim returned home on Saturday from Caribbean Island.
Bangladesh were whitewashed by West Indies in the three-match ODI series 3-0.
Bangladesh started their ODI campaign with an unhappy note as the Tigers tasted a three-wicket defeat to West Indies in the first ODI on August 20.
Later, Bangladesh conceded a massive 177-run defeat in the second ODI on August 22.
Bangladesh finished their ODI campaign with frustrating note as the Tigers tasted a huge 91-run defeat to the Caribbeans in the third and last ODI on August on 25.
West Indies had a clean sweep in the two-match Test series as the islanders clinched the Test series 2-0.
Bangladesh tasted a massive 10-wicket defeat to West Indies in the first Test on September 9.
The Tigers conceded a humiliating 296-run defeat to the Caribbeans in the second Test on September 16.
It may be mentioned that Bangladesh conceded follow-on in the both Test matches.
The lone Twenty20 international match between Bangladesh and West Indies was abandoned as the game washed out by heavy rain on August 27.
Bangladeshi bowlers and batsmen had some individual achievements but as a team Bangladesh were totally failed in their recently concluded West Indies series.
After arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport the skipper of Bangladesh team
Mushfiqur Rahim said, “We played well for some time. We also played worst for some time. West Indies played better than us. And it is tough to play against a stronger opponent. We have to perform well in batting in Test and ODI.”
Mushfiq added that he would accept any decision of Bangladesh Cricket Board for the betterment of Bangladesh’s cricket.
