Bangladesh Women’s Kabaddi Team, now touring Paschimbanga to prepare for the 17th Asian Games, lost the three-match series 0-2 after conceding 18-32 points defeat against Paschimbanga team in the 3rd and last match at Paschimbanga Kabaddi Tent in Kolkata on Monday.
Bangladesh Eves team drew 21-21 points against the Pachimbanga team in the first match on Saturday and conceded a narrow 27-28 points defeat against the same team on Sunday.
Minister for Public Health and Panchayet Affairs of Pachimbanga and President of Pachimbanga Kabaddi Federation Subrota Mukherjee was the chief guest at the day’s closing ceremony and distributed prizes.
Additional Director of the meet’s sponsor Walton (RB Group), FM Iqbal Bin Anwar (Dawn) and general secretary of Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation M Nazrul Islam were present on the occasion.
