The much-talked about election of Bangladesh Chess Federation will be held today (Tuesday) at National Sports Council premises from 10 am to 3 pm.
One full-fledged penal of Samamona Daba Parishad and a partial panel of Sammillito Chess Parishad will compete in the election.
Some 94 delegates will exercise their voting rights to elect four vice presidents, one general secretary, two joint secretaries and 16 executive members. Mahir Ali Khan of Samamona Daba Parishad was elected unopposed.
