Bangladesh Chess Team beat Jordan 3.5-0.5 points in 8th round of the Asian Nation Cup Chess now being held in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Bangladesh team is currently in 4th position with 10 points after the 8th round games.
In the 8th round games, which were held on Monday last, IM Mohammad Minhaz Uddin beat Alattar Rakan of Jordan, GM Mollah Abdullah Al Rakib beat Abo Hazeem Mohanned of Jordan, GM Enamul Hossain beat Alattar Ghayda of Jordan and GM Niaz Murshed split points with Aboudi Marwan of Jordan.
