Amin Rahman of Bangladesh put his team ahead by a header in the 15th minute of the play.
After two minutes, Sonom Chosang of Bhutan leveled the margin by a header.
Al Mirad of Bangladesh made it 2-1 by a placing shot in the 21st minute of the game.
Puv Dorji of Bhutan equalized the margin in the 32nd minute of the clash.
Shuvo Sarkar of Bangladesh made it 3-2 by a volley shot just before the lemon-break. Al Mirad of Bangladesh increased the tally in to 4-2 in the 83rd minute of the encounter.
Imon Islam of Bangladesh sealed the fate of the match using a free-kick in the injury time. Bangladesh will take on Sri Lanka tomorrow.
Bangladesh will face Nepal on August 27, Bangladesh will meet India on August 29.
