Bangladesh Army emerged as the champions of the Diamond Melamine Federation Cup Rugby Competition when they thrashed Kanchan Rugby Warriors by 53-0 points in the final at the Paltan Maidan on Sunday.
After the final match Director (Sports) of National Sports Council Narayan Chandra Devnath distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Assistant Director (Sports) of Taslima Akhter was with him as the special guest.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Rugby Federation (BRF) Mousum Ali, Joint-Secretary of BRF Syed Ahmed Chairman of the Tournament Committee Rashiduzzaman Serniabat and Secretary of the Tournament Committee Din Islam were present at the time.
