Sports Reporter :An all-round performance by Nasir Hossain powered Bangladesh A team to level the one-dayer series 1-1 with India A team after Bangladesh A team defeating India A team by 65 runs in the second one-dayer at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Friday.Earlier, Bangladesh A team lost to India A team by 96 runs in the first one-dayer match at the same venue on September 16.Nasir Hossain remained unbeaten with 102 and bowled really well and completed his splendid spell as 10-0-36-5.Sent into bat first, Bangladesh A team made a healthy total of 252 for the loss of eight wickets in 50 overs and then they shot out India A team for 187 off 42.2 overs.Bangladesh A team faced an early batting collapse as the second string of Bangladesh A lost their early five wickets for 82 runs. Later, Nasir Hossain and wicketkeeper-batsman Liton Das rescued their team from the danger contributing together 70 runs for the sixth wicket partnership before Liton Das was caught by KK Nair off R Dhawan when Bangladesh’s total was 152 for the loss of six wickets.Then Nasir Hossain and Arafat Sunny added 50 runs in the seventh wicket stand before Arafat Sunny was trapped leg before wicket by SK Raina when the Tigers’ total was 202 for the loss of seven wickets.
