Bangladesh A team will leave the city for West Indies today to play two four-day matches, three one-day matches, two Twenty20 matches against High Performance Centre of West Indies.
Before leaving the city for West Indies, Captain of Bangladesh A team Nasir Hossain talked to the journalists at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Tuesday.
Nasis Hossain said, “We shall prepare game plan after we reach the West Indies. Our plus point is we shall get many players from Bangladesh National Cricket team in our tour. It will motivate us.”
Hossain said, “Everyone should play to bring win for our team. Besides, individual performance from anybody will inspire us.”
He said, “We could not perform well in some tournaments, which concluded recently. I could not fulfill the target of my team. So, I shall try to comeback and show consistent performance by taking part in the matches of this tour.”
Bangladesh A team will take on High Performance Centre in the first four-day match, which begins on May 26.
Bangladesh A team will face High Performance Centre in the second four-day match, which starts on June 2.
Bangladesh A team will play against High Performance Centre in first one-day on June 8, second one-day on June 10 and third one-day on June 12.
Bangladesh A team will face High Performance Centre in first Twenty20 match on June 14 and second Twenty20 match on June 15.
Bangladesh A team will leave West Indies for home on June 16.
