Bangladesh National A team earned a convincing 3-0 straight sets victory over Bangladesh D team in the Walton Victory Day Men’s Volleyball Tournament that began at the Shaheed Suhrawardi National Indoor Stadium in Mirpur on Sunday.Bangladesh National B team beat National C team also by straight 3-0 sets in the other men’s group match while Bangladesh Ansar outplayed Bangladesh Police by also by straight 3-0 sets in the day’s lone women’s match at the same venue.Three men’s and one women’s match will be held on Monday at the same venue.Four national teams-Bangladesh A team (national players), Bangladesh B team (Army players), Bangladesh C team (Air Force players) and Bangladesh D team (league players)-are taking part in the men’s competition while three teams-Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police and BJMC-are taking part in the women’s competition.
