Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) Professor Dr Muhammad Alamgir on Thursday night inaugurated ‘Bangabandhu Square’ through unveiling foundation stone in front of its auditorium.
The academic activities of KUET have been started by the special direction of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in 1974, the VC said while inaugurating the ceremony.
The KUET authority expressed honour and gratitude to the architect of our great Liberation War through building ‘Bangabandhu Square’ in KUET, he added.
