For the fourth time, under the initiative of Channel i, the mega music event titled ‘Band Fest 2017’ will take place on December 1 from 10:30am to 5:00pm on the premises on Channel i in the capital. Produced by Ananya Ruma, ‘Band Fest’ will be presented by Opu Mahfuz, Safi Ahmed and Dilruba Sathi.
This year’s event will feature 16 bands such as Ayub Bacchu’s LRB, and a number of prominent troupes like Obscure, Different Touch, Tirondaz, Joler Gaan, Durbin, Metrical, Spondon, Anari, among others.
To provide further details about the mega event, a press conference was held on Thursday on the Channel i premises, which was attended by Channel i director and Head of News Shykh Seraj and popular musician Ayub Bacchu.
‘Band Fest 2017’ will also be aired live on December 1 on Channel i.
