Balotelli smuggles into Liverpool training ground

Despite an underwhelming loan spell at AC Milan last season, Mario Balotelli appears to have been given a final lifeline by Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp after being smuggled into the club’s training ground.
The Italian striker has been called in for a pre-season weigh-in, but rather than turn up in his normal car, he opted to arrive lying down in back of a taxi.
Balotelli is known for having a camouflaged Bentley GT, but instead arrived in a modest Ford Mondeo taxi, as caught by The Sun.
In his second spell at Milan, Balotelli managed to score just three goals in 23 appearances across all competitions, leading to the Rossoneri declining their option to buy the 25-year-old.
Since his €19 million move to Liverpool, Balotelli has not lived up to expectations, with only four goals in 28 matches, including only one in the Premier League, in his one season at Anfield.
However, it sounds like the mercurial Italian is trying to turn his act around and is serious about fulfilling the potential that was so abundant as a youngster at Inter.
