Chittagong Bureau :
A vender agreement was signed between Bakrabad Gas Distribution Co Ltd and Karnaphuli Gas Co Ltd at the Board Room of Petrobangla on Wednesday .
Prof Dr. Hossain Monsur, Chairman of the Managing Committee of Petrobangla and KGDCL. presided over the meeting .
Managing Directors of both the companies and directors were present on the agreement signing ceremony.
The board meeting of Petrobangla decided to hand over transferable assets of BGDCL near about Tk 349. 66 cr to KGDCL.
It is mentionable that Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Co Ltd was established in 1st July in 2010 through a gazette notification for the better service to the clients of greater Chittagong and Hill Tracts area.
