Court Correspondent :A Dhaka court on Sunday rejected the bail pleas of BNP leaders Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Mosaddek Ali Falu and Ruhul Kabir Rizvi in five separate cases filed with Motijheel, Paltan, Jatrabari and Mirpur Model Police stations.Judge-in-Charge of Dhaka’s Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s Court KM Imrul Kayes passed the order in the morning.Of the cases, two were filed against Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir with Motijheel and Paltan Police stations, two against the party’s Joint Secretary General Rizvi Ahmed with Jatrabari and one case was filed against party chief Khaleda Zia’s adviser Falu with Mirpur Police Station.Advocate Joinul Abedin Mesba filed the bail petitions in five cases filed on the charges of vandalism and arson attack against the three leaders.
