Chamber judge of the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme court has suspended the bail to three gold trarffickers for eight weeks recently . High court judge granted them bail earlier but following the petition on behalf of the state, chamber judge suspended the bail. Mentionable that Police recovered 20 kgs gold bars and ornaments from a godown of AC Mela Electronics in April, 2015 .
These gold were brought from abroad hidening in electronic goods. Sensing the news of the gold trafficking from the godown, sadarghat thana police of CMP conducted raid in the godown and recovered the gold. SI Anowar Hossain of Sadarghat that filed a gold trafficking case accusing 7 persons Accused Giasuddin, Imran and Abu Taker filed bail petition in lower court but rejected. After that they went to higher court and High court granted bail to them on 6 June last but following the petition against the bail, chamber judge suspended the bail for eight weeks , sources said.
