Juri Upazila Awami League President of Moulvibazar District, former teacher of Juri Government Model High School and former UP Chairman Badrul Hossain (74) died (Innalillahi wa Innailaihi Rajiun). The veteran political personality figure passed away at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital on Friday.
Moulvibazar district including Juri upazila falls in mourning. He left behind a son, a daughter, wife and numerous relatives, colleagues and well-wishers. According to family and party sources, he was suffering from various complex diseases including old age for several days. Freedom fighter Badrul Hossain was a devoted follower of the ideals of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. He had genuine love for the team. So
Although he was subjected to torture in various movements and struggles, he did not deviate from his ideals. Due to his loyalty to the party and immense sacrifice, he was a role model for the leaders and workers. At 5:30 pm, his funeral prayer was held at Juri Boro Masjid Shahi Eidgah Moydan.Condolences: The president of Bangladesh Awami League expressed deep grief over the death of the brave freedom fighter Badrul Hossain and wished for his soul’s salvation and condoled with the bereaved family members.

In a condolence message signed by Bangladesh Awami League office secretary Barrister Biplab Barua, Bangladesh Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and General Secretary Obaidul Quader prayed for the forgiveness and condolence of the late Md. Badrul Hossain.
